I wanted to make a really good mix for today (something well-crafted and bittersweet and indie) but I couldn't be bothered expending the energy and I'm too much of a chipper mood to listen to beautifully sad songs. Instead I've cobbled together a little something from songs I've had on my mp3 for months. Most of them are are overplayed to the point

I've never listened to that album before just becayse Gabrielle's "Out Of Reach" has scarred me for life after it was on the TV and radio ALL THE TIME.

It's a seriously good album - I fortunately possessed no radio at the time so Out of Reach is ok for me.

Lucky you. It was on The Box (the only music channel we had at the time) constantly, and I was a avid local radio listener back then too, so.

I've just looked at the tracklisting on Amazon and it looks really good. I think I remember seeing a dl on a comm recently, so I might check it out and skip the first track. :D
