I feel that I'm being very boring by writing about bands constantly. I keep starting to write entries that are all about Real Life happenings and personal thoughts but end up deleting them. Maybe I'll have the guts to actually post one soon ( Read more... )

You sound like me. I am no good at personal posts, I really don't know how other people do it.

I had a really good time when I saw DC two years ago; I remember feeling like they played a nice mix of stuff from all the albums. I hope you are able to enjoy the show!

I'm quite envious of how people are able to spill out their thoughts and feelings. It feel really awkward when I do it.

I somehow keep missing DCFC every time they pass near me (which is surprisingly often given that I live three clicks south of nowhere), but you've described -exactly- how I felt when I saw Rufus Wainwright. (Rufus, of course, did not disappoint).

Strangely, I wasn't nervous at all when I saw Rufus. I just expected him to be amazing, which of course he was!
