u know what makes you an oldy and how you can get that across to everyone else? show them that you are paying attention. I would imagine that would be a good basis for a line of discernment between the mature and the immature. iunno.

After I graduated from college I spent 9 months looking for a job and had to defend myself at the unemployment office because I didn't want to apply for a waitress position. Nobody looked younger than me, and I was really naive too. Finally, I just picked a place I wanted to work and kept applying. So, hang in there. It'll happen. I'm drinking a glass of wine right now, so here's to you! Oh yeah, you might want to call the places you have applied and see what kind of experience would make you a more desirable canidate - that's something I did and I even got feedback on how to improve my resume!
