We were referencing the irony and being melodramatic (maybe we should have spelled it cuh-laims to make it more obvious...). We didn't take it personally, but as we said on Facebook, we would have thought they were a lot funnier if we didn't know that people fail to see them as exaggerations and actually take them seriously.

Nope. And I meant to edit my comment but got distracted--I shouldn't have said "irony," I should have said "interesting timing," because it happened right after our other discussion about Merida and Ariel on LJ.
