Ahhhhhh, I have to have this CD!!! I should have ordered it by now! Linda Linda is indeed a very singalongable song :D So fun! One of the reasons I love cover albums is suddenly hearing a song you know, but in an unexpected place. I like your theory about the songs being what the characters would sing at karaoke, and how it then fits for Shizuo to be singing enka :D

Celty's song is one I've heard several times before, but I didn't know what the song was about! Thanks for sharing that amusing description!

It is pretty awesome. We didn't think we'd hear any songs we knew, because, as I said, we only ever listen to anime music. We forgot that sometimes anime uses preexisting songs for themes (but even knowing that, we couldn't have known the odds for one we've heard being chosen, especially considering where we heard it).
