So I finally found a nice-looking guild today! Looked into several threads, their recruitment page, application form etc, all seemed really good. And then I tried to register on their forum to apply, which didn't work, so I looked around the forums some more. Haha yeah, TSC, I totally quit on that show when they harped about "crystals" for the 100th time in one episode. Such a terrible show!

Hehe yeah. :) Just gonna take some time off and level some alts and hope something good turns up, I think. Maybe I'm looking too hard.

I'm a bit scared to ask, but how did Matt Davis turn out to be a douche? I'm not sure I want to know, but I ALSO KIND OF NEED TO.

All the Alaric scenes pretty much broke me. Ditto with Bonnie. (Although I realise I am in a very small minority in the fierceness of my love for those two.)

Elena/Stefan seems to be back to season 1 levels of dullness, which annoys the crap out of me because given Stefan's early season 3 arc, there was so much potential for good and compelling storytelling there. Now it's like, Ripper who? and "epic" love. Ugh.

Usually I try and seperate feelings for actors and their characters, but ... dude. Think before you tweet. And Julie Plec didn't help matters either.

Ugh yeah, total clean-wipe of everything that happened with Stefan. Elena, you make no sense. Actually, no one really makes any sense anymore, except, weirdly, the Originals. You know there's something wrong with your show when the believable actions come solely from 1000 year old vampires.

Ah, that. Yeah, I didn't hear about that until after the fact, when I read his apology/explanation on Tumblr: here. And yes, he should have thought about what he was doing a bit more, and he could have phrased things better at the time, but the nature of Twitter leaves a great deal up to individual interpretation, and if someone is looking to be offended, they will be offended ( ... )

Myeah, see, details aside, he and Julie broke the first rule of fandom: DON'T PISS OFF YOUR FANS. It's like biting the hand that feeds you AND sends you adoring fanmail, you just do not do that and get away with it. And his comments really didn't leave much for interpretation, nor is it an excuse that his/our generation (ugh, such an old lady thing to say) doesn't "get" Twitter or how it's pertains to kids these days (more old lady wordage - I'm just gonna go with it!). I've always had a problem with easily offending people, so I always try to think twice whenever I talk about sensitive topics like death, politics, religion or race. And *I'm* not a public figure with fans who actually admire me ( ... )
