(Rookie Blue peeps, in case you missed it I've posted the first part of the Sam-picspam. Something went wrong with the date so it's not showing up on people's friends lists, I tried to fix it but I don't think it worked. Anyway, here's some magic clickable text if you haven't seen it.)

But Peter Dinklage won an Emmy! And he plays your favorite! Why would you be ignoring that? :/

Maybe you could go watch a comedy series or something to cheer yourself up?

No I saw that and temporarily acknowledged the existance of the Emmys and celebrated. But then I saw that Modern Family had won like, everything, and then I had to go back to pretending the Emmys don't exist. The negatives far outweigh the positives with the Emmys, better to just ignore them all together.

Nah, WoW worked wonders. Brewfest started today! Nothing like getting shitfaced-drunk and then riding a ram to chase your blues away, atleast for a little while! :D
Besides, comedies just remind me of that awards show that does not exist becauce if it DID exist then obviously it would give ALL the awards to Community, Parks & Rec and Cougar Town, with maybe a few bones thrown to TBBT and HIMYM.

Awww, only really main stream shows would win your imaginary award? That's not really better. :/
And I like Modern Family, it's charming.

No, in my imaginary award show the awards go to the DESERVING shows, no matter what they are or which channel they're on. It just so happens that the best comedies are on main stream networks. However, I'd hardly call Community mainstream, what with not getting any awards love nor being a huge ratings juggernaut. :p

Also, no matter how fantastic they are, the shows would have a 5 nominations maximum limit, and a show/actor winning the same category would be *extremely* rare.
