Spice 1!It's a small thing, my morning brewed, caffeineated, bean beverage. It has taken on an elevated status since scoring a small cappucino machine at Goodwill last spring. and omg, your description of spice one is yummy.

have you ever placed cardamom seeds in rice, let them steam while cooking in balsmati rice? oh yum.

Oh yes! And if you want to send your senses over the moon, shave some lemon zest into the concoction before you steam it. :)

i want some recipes. of these nice concoctions... i'm about to move into a new place and i havent done any cooking for myself in oh a year... and i miss it very much but how about a little help with sending me over the moon?

so where do you find your cardamom? I like use liquid cayenne pepper with chocolate (in coffee or cocoa) I also use it in the morning tea.

I buy Frontier brand organic ground cardamom. The pods I usually swoop up in an Asian market. Here I might have to order them from online.

If you've never chewed the seeds, you are in for a treat!

I've had dried cayenne in Mexican hot chocolate. Yum! The health food store in the town where we work has the round discs that your grind, like they had in Mexico. I'm looking forward to the cold weather!
