Increase the Peace

Just a venting moment.  I need a break from hearing the hate.  Today I had a client talk about getting "jewed down" and another one talk about how the gays are trying to shove their sin down everybody's throat like medicine.  In my tabula rasa role as a therapist, I have to make careful choices about how to engage with this talk and, believe me, it ( Read more... )

Well, despite a little frost on the windscreen and spending a few extra minutes in the shower this morning, I was able to arrive at work a few minutes earlier than normal and nab a great spot.

What a gorgeous story! I'm just delighted with this response. Exactly what I was looking for. Bless you a thousand times plus two.

It's not a big event but I don't think I'm depressed anymore. I don't think I have been for some time. And knowing it just adds to the feeling. I've had a hard year and I have got over it, I am proud of myself.
