my house feels more like a chore right now, I can't find the joy it use to hold for me. It's not the house's fault - it's mine. :)

So happy for you!! I'm glad you are feeling good, getting better, and can exercise your writing & brain at work.

I'm happy and busy, getting things ready for *this* show, which opens in 2 weeks. Then I start on the show that monkey wrenched things. But it'll all be good. We're sorry that we can't see you guys in Nov. But I'm gonna meet R in Boston at the end of her conference. We'll be missin' the sunshine and warm waters!!

I'm also really glad to hear that you made a great connection to community (and that the open stateroom helped...) YEA for connections!!!

I took your advice last night, put a tiny yoga bolster under my spine. Long enough to be from my butt to over my head, only 6" x 4" or so in cross section. Like the towels you suggested. I acutally fell asleep on it and slept all night. I think I"ll be doing that again for a few days, but the pain is a bit less this AM. Thank you so much for the awesome advice!.
