Well the story dosn't actually count as internet rage because actions were taken. Internet rage is when an injustice happens and instead of bothering to do something about it you go home and make a post about "Rar! I bet they work for BU$H!!!111" or whatever ( Read more... )

I'm starting to get very angry. I'm like, look you can put it in my notes to never allow me to do this again, but... And he's like, ma'am don't use that condescending tone with me. I'm trying to help you. I'm instantly PISSED. I'm like, ok I've been a customer of wells fargo for 11 years and I've never had a problem with exceptions. He goes, it's just like trying to get a credit card late charge waived, we can't do it. I'm like, first of all it isn't a late charge I'm trying to waive - and second of all I have had misunderstandings of fees in the past that they HAVE waived for me because of my excellent record ( ... )

I've already previously raged over the car rental company that told me one thing and charged me another - while I was under such legal terms as DURESS - so I won't get it into.

I've found the best way to really get some company's attention is to file with the Better Business Bureau. They tend to do whatever you want at that point.

Gah! I'm glad you made the effort to complain. Even if they didn't want to own up to the lady's mistake, a nice "sorry" would have gone a long way to make up for the misunderstanding at least.
