Why does my 12 week old puppy keep peeing in his crate?! I'm only leaving him in it for ten hours and forty five minutes with no breaks while I'm at work! I just can't understand why I can't get him housebroken!

There is a member on chihuahuas that was posted on here that leaves her chihuahua in a giant crate for 15hrs a day at 8 weeks old and TRAINS IT TO PEE IN THE CRATE because she and her fiance or whatever are gone that long...
