I believe direct-quoting is against the comm (and LJ's) rules. You might want to make your snark just link to the post in question instead of a cut.

Oh, sorry. I thought it'd be like the others where they'd want the original text also in case the link ended up breaking.

Direct quoting is against LJ's rules? Why?

I'm not 100% sure why direct-quoting public entries is a violation of the rules, but this community has gotten in trouble with LJ for it before.

Okay it's one thing if an animal acidently takes something bad for them, it's another if you go about feed them. There is no excuse for the wine. Or really any of those things.

My oldest cat Kitty has a tendancy to steal cookies (she loves Girl Guide Cookies the best) if you don't keep a close eye on her. She's 19, got bad hips, but boy can she run when she has a cookie in her mouth!

"She's lived for five years and she's not dead yet!"

I can live for five years by smoking, drinking, and eating high-fat foods - chances are my ending will be slow, painful, and peppered with medical issues.

And the thing of it is, nothing's really as bad for humans as Oreos and wine are for rabbits, because human beings have a junkyard dog of a digestive system - we can even handle onions, avocado, chocolate and booze [in limited quantity], all of which are harmful for one species or another. Nothing acts on our digestive system the way it'd act on a rabbit's, which is why you can't really make a good parallel - you're hurting the rabbit's gut more than I could ever explain aside from the dry facts and details, which this brainless twit seems to completely ignore.

Almost as disturbing as what she feeds her rabbit is what she apparently feeds her dog. ...No meat?!

...WHAT IS SHE FEEDING THESE CREATURES? D:

"I hardly ever bother to even look at the rabbit, even though he's mine, and have NO clue what else my daddy might be feeding him!"
