You just don't understand the difference between living on a dirt road and a highway. If your road's dirt it's totally okay for all your animals to breed, run off, roam free, and die before they're a year old. Completely.

Also it's not a good idea to take a stray dog into your house. What if it doesn't like it and tears things up?Dumb-ass

Does she not realize over half the dogs in shelters are strays? Based on her argument no shelter dogs should be in a home either.

My dog was a stray too (okay, before going through the shelter for 9 months and two unsuccessful adoptions, at least)!

I should go kick her out now. She might tear things up! Completely unlike the puppy, who wasn't a stray, and thus cannot destroy anything or do anything bad.

Wow. I didn't know that dogs who tear stuff up are protesting about being indoors. I guess I'll just throw mine outside since obviously she hates it here.

Uh huh. Dogs need to be outside all the time. That's why our family terrier begs to be let outside...until 5 minutes later when she whines to come back in to her comfy bed, squeaky toys, and easily accessible food.

The country thing is not an excuse, at all, and if anything, it irritates me more.
