It appears so - they're sailing from S'hampton to New York and plan to be 'over the wreck site'. I'm a very mild Titanic enthusiast, but I have to say when I'm not marvelling at the irony, I'm shuddering at the atmosphere of morbid self-congratulation this whole idea invokes.
