I like the snow though, I run through it and kick it up as I walk, and generally enjoy it.
I was thinking about how when I was about 14 or so we had a wood burning fireplace, and I got to go outside and split logs for the fire. No one made me do it, I just liked it. The snow fell, it was quiet, and usually dusk and I was hauling around firewood. I wish I could just go out and play in the snow, oh well.
I never made a big fuss over VD, but I usually made a nice dinner (surf and turf generally) and Jim would bring me flowers that were not roses, I wouldn't let him, far too expensive, and we hung out on the couch and watched tv.
I think a very appropriate way to spend the evening.
Have fun kicking Brians butt in bowling again tonight.
