Even though there's no legal rank on a pirate ship, everyone recognizes you're the one in charge. You have the good fortune of having a good name, since Rackham (pronounced RACKem, not rack-ham) is one of the coolest sounding surnames

typical they'd give the girl RACKhem.. haha.. probably named after the boys saying 'oh look at that rack ahem.." when you go by (the ahem when you give them a dirty look and they try to cover it up). thats about all for now, ttyl
