“Remember the last time we were hear?” Jubilee asked as she and Jono looked up at the craggy old keep.
“Yup. Bloody fairies. Bloody kilts. Bloody dragon.” Jono murmured back. “Still looks like something out of an old Hammer Film. I half expect Christopher Lee to perch up on the tower like a gargoyle.”
“I can’t believe he’s gone.”
Jono nodded silently and opened the bottle of whisky. He turned it over and let the amber fluid pour out, soaking into the grounds of Cassidy Keep.
