“Untrue. Lately the number of females on a given super-hero team have been on the rise for the past half-decade. In truth, I would say that their Male to Female ratio has become abnormal. Likely they will take on more female members in the near future to make up for this.”
Billy Kaplan stopped short of his usual lunch table and blinked at his usual lunch companions. “Who are we analyzing today?” he asked, putting his lunchbox down.
“New team. Young Avengers.”
“Bet they don’t call themselves that.”
“Bet they do. Irony is totally in these days.”
“Who says ‘totally’ anymore?”
“Lots of people.”
“Dude, the growing chick is totally hot.”
“And totally jailbait. I’ll take the archer.”
“Meh. So not impressed. Their whole thing has been done before.”
“I thought the Done Before thing was their shitch.”
“That’s what it was with those Slingers guys a few years ago. Bet these dudes end up the same way.”
