Jean-Paul Beaubier flung his arm across his eyes and let out a soft groan. He could feel Victor’s head resting against his chest, his breath stirring the hairs there. If he got up, he would have to move Victor, and he didn’t particularly want to move Victor.
The coffee, he knew, would be stone cold by now. Not that it mattered, since he was just fine with cold coffee.
But he wasn’t entirely fine with how things were. With Victor being there, his head on Jean-Paul’s chest and his legs pinning the older man’s. “Victor?”
The younger man raised his head a bit, giving Jean-Paul a sleepy smile. “It’s Saturday,” he said, reaching up to run his fingers through his dark hair. “We don’t have anywhere to be.”
“Are you sure?”
Victor nodded, one hand trailing up Jean-Paul’s ribs. “Yeah.”
