Hmm. There's been a few things happening to be and I haven't gotten around to posting them yet. Here we go.

The interview in Hiroshima went well, and now they want me to come in and teach a demo lesson involving the class reading and discussing an article from The Economist. That'll be either this Saturday or next Saturday, presumably next since ( Read more... )

I can't help but wonder if that was our old neighbor. . . He and his family (wife and son my sister's age) moved to Naperville and only lived there for about two years before moving back to Japan, and to Hiroshima if I remember correctly.

Did your neighbor ever live in Lincoln Park at any point? That's where he was telling me he lived.

Outside of when he lived in naperville i do not know if they ever lived in the city.

Still retardedly excited to visit. I checked flights to Osaka in March, and they're all completely wide open so far. I'll find out my March schedule on the 18th, so you'll know when we're coming around then, and then I'll book the flight!

Hopefully you can come during Golden Week. softlykarou will have a week off then.

I was just about to ask about this. I have to bid for my schedule, and I need to know about when would be good. I have a bunch of dates to put into an order on what I want the most, ranging anywhere from the 7th-14th to 25th through the end of the month. Let me know what's best for you and I'll try to get a schedule that coincides.

On that note, I'll just go check when Golden Week is XD

It looks like Golden Week in at the end of April and beginning of May. We were planning on coming next month in March.
