'Smaller' Show Voting: First Round!

Sep 01, 2009 07:54

Okay, we only need to narrow the field down by four, damn lj constraints! Well I always think it's fun to see what shows have the most support initially anyway. Remember, after this round we'll do the final voting!

In this poll, you can vote for as many shows as you desire. The fifteen shows that get the most votes move on to the next round. This ( Read more... )

I voted for BOSS and Jyoou no Kyoushitsu. Both starring Yuki Amami. These 2 dramas are splendid! BOSS was a different kind of police drama, and if you watched Jyoou no Kyoushitsu, you would really love the two contrasting characters and how she pulled it off really well. VOICE is the other one i voted for. With a different story learnt each episode. It's touching.

Oh man! I've only seen a few screencaps from Jyoou no Kyoushitsu but I didn't recognize the woman from BOSS with her stone-faced mask! Well, now it seems so obvious. I'd really like to watch that one!

Also VOICE has both Eita and Toma, so I know it's only a matter of time before I get to that one. <3

HEH, you used my horrible descriptions! AHH, next time I'll write a more coherent one, lol. And if I get home on time tonight, I'll do a mini picspam of the two that I nominated. FUN!

I just finished watching Pride and really wish it had been nominated. NEXT TIME!

Ha, sorry! I always think someone personally talking about the show sells it better! If you wanted me to change them for next round, I definitely can. :)

PRIDE. PRIIIIIDE. Pride is one of my very favorite dramas EVER. I love it so very much, I just wasn't sure I could deal with people who didn't love it if we watched it here!

No it's cool, I don't mind.

I am DEF nominating Pride next round. I don't see how people wouldn't like it! AND I ADORE THE SCENE IN YOUR ICON, I KNOW EXACTLY WHEN AND WHAT EPISODE IT WAS FROM!! That look he gives her. . .gah. . .I'm still kveching over it. I actually haven't watched any Asian dramas for the past 2-3 weeks, I had a bit of a dry spell, nothing interested me, I stopped watching Hotaru AND Coffee Prince. But then I randomly clicked on Pride cause I was bored at my friends house and there was nothing else, and I marathoned the thing in 2 days, which is a lot for me.

Well, it must have been good (scratch that, AMAZING) cause I'm back watching Asian dramas, lol. I just caught up on Hotaru (watching the last episode tomorrow night) and I'm catching up on Coffee Prince now!

But yeah, long comment short, Pride is friggin awesome and was strong enough to take me out of my slump. It's getting nominated!
