Hello everyone! I've been watching the series Kimi wa Petto starring the ever talented Matsu-jun and I must say that it has such a BIZARRE storyline that is unique in a way too.

Matsu-jun I thought was brilliant in carrying a role so unlike Sawada (Gokusen) or Domyouji (HYD) and even though it could get pretty weird with him behaving like a pet, he ( Read more... )

Wow, your comment makes me determined to finish watching it. I'm embarking on Ep.8 soon! Teehee. And yes, MJ is SO very smiley in this! Plus that perpetually ruffled- out- of- bed look . .

But I still somehow think he was HOT as Domyouji :)

It's my favorite manga series. It's what got me into Jun! XD
I first watched the show because I LOVE the manga and I recignised Koyuki(Sumire) from The Last Samurai.

Jun~~. It's during his super-thin days. He's still skinny as all hell, but at least now he's got some...**gasp** Dare I say...**whispers** abs! **dies** I'm happy.

I'm enjoying Bambino too. I'm also excited to see Boku now that it's on pre-order for DVD. I think I'll wait for a subbed release of it though. **dies waiting**

Sumire was in The Last Samurai?? I think one of the members of Arashi was in that too.. or was it Flags of our Fathers..

My friend mentioned that Bambino was quite nice too. I think MJ would be good in anything huh??

Nino was in Letters From Iwo Jima, an amazing movie. I loved the extras because the casting girl fan-girls over Nino & Arashi~~. <3

Check out Stand Up, if you want to check out Nino, and Honey & Clover for Sho, along with some other mini-dramas.

I want Jun to play a bad guy at some point. I think he could pull it off really well. Maybe him with a Yamapi of News in a thriller movie or something. XD

No one from Arashi was in The Last Samurai. That would be awesome though.

Oh Nino is in Stand Up too? I only know Oguri Shun's in it and was interested to watch it because of him haha. I adore him in Gokusen <3 Aand his MJ's best friend! :D

But thanks for all that recommendation! Just got to fit in the time haha.

Hmm I think he doesnt mind doing any roles actually but he has his (very fanatic and rabid) fans to think about and most probably too, his mentor doesnt want his image to be tainted and stuff like tt. But of course it'd be awesome to see him in a diff kind of light. Although you can say his role as Domyouji in Hana Yori Dango was a pretty bad boy kinda, that is till he met and fell in love with Makino ;]
