Lovely chapter as always. I really really love how you've captured the relationship of the Marauders and how Peter actually fits in with the group dynamic.

I find it funny that Lily and James are getting married but she hasn't even met his parents although I'm sure they've probably heard so much about her by now from all the times Sirius has teased James for his Lily-obsession. :)

Glad to see this story is still in the works and I can't wait to read more!

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. Definitely still working on this story (I have a whole outline for this one and the sequel to come) it's just slow for now.

re: Peter--I always think it odd when Peter isn't a part of the group. I mean, he never would have been the secret keeper if he hadn't been, right? And he wouldn't have stayed a marauder either. He was just very very weak, and his fear and his betrayal twisted him. that's my theory anyway

re: the parents. yeah, I sorta agree, but in this case, they haven't been dating all that long, really. The engagement thing came kinda fast, so it really hasn't been that long since Lily stopped thinking she hated James. So I figure it makes sense that she wouldn't have met them yet. even though, when I thought about the meeting, I kept thinking about how odd it was. ^_^
