Possible Ethical Dilema

See, the thing is, I work for an academy. That means I see a lot of students, a lot of them, on a daily basis. Not all of them are complete idiots/assholes/losers.

One in particular. From henceforth he shall be known as 'Grad'. )

relationships, work

Hmm, that's hard because it might be harder to interpret his behaviour if he's not American. I know there are few Japanese guys who take the initiative to actually ask out foreign girls, even if they are interested (in Kantou at least... I swear Kansai people are another species of Japanese XD), but Korean guys may be different. I'd play it by ear a little longer to see if he makes any moves (e.g. asks you to get coffee or something) and maybe drop very subtle hints to show your interest? [Of course, most guys don't GET subtle hints, but you will feel like you're doing something 8D]

You say he's a student, but I'm assuming there's not much of an age gap if any, so as long as you can both separate work and relationships, it should be OK even if it doesn't work out.

Work Study girl is generalising a bit too much, methinks. There ARE Asian guys who like white girls, lol.

*takes notes*

Yeah, I'm only 22 so most of our students tend to be older than I am most of the time. Grad is around 24-25 so not bad at all.

I think I'll wait another week or so and try and be a little more subtle and see if that does me any good. >.
