Do I really deserve such abandonment? Do I? Maybe this is a sign that I should move back to NY? Get the house back? We left it in such a horrid condition, I'll bet after all these years it's still on the market, and at half the cost, hopefully.

Well, you were going back to Vegas! I think it would be great if you could get the house back. I remember that being the first place I ever got smashed when I was 18. And we'd stay up all night talking, and your dad would be trying to cop a feel ;)
It'd be retro to see that place in full swing again.

I don't think it'll ever be in full swing again after all these years. Most of the fixtures have all gone away.
But I really miss staying up all night talking with you and having a few drinks.
