I don't know! She could at least have turned four by now (and then we could pretend she was almost five) but the writers insist on throwing in references that state she's still only three. Whyyyy? She was three at the start of Hickman's run - that's, like, five years' worth of comics ago now. (And weren't the F4 supposed to have been gone for a whole year in Fraction's run?)
At least she hasn't started actively aging backwards like Franklin... He's had so many seventh and eighth birthdays now, poor kid.

Ooh, I know! She's physically four, but her birth date is only three years away, because they weren't gone for a whole year? Or something.
It's either Merlin disease, or people not understanding the sliding timescale. (I use 3 years real time = 1 year comics time, personally.)
