Timeless!! And Whatnot!!

The Timeless finale just aired and it was SO good! Seriously, a hundred times better than I'd ever hoped it would be. TPTB really figured out what would make a good story and how they could tie up everything and took the opportunity of the final movie to really gave the fans a perfect send off. I am honestly surprised how well it all worked

the timeless finale felt like two regular episodes, like it was legitimately the end of s2, and for all my issues with the show in general, i really appreciated that. and i liked how it tied everything up. closure is good! even if it was a very hallmarky christmas closure. but jiya and rufus were clearly going to have a long nerdy, adorable future together, and i wanted that.

i'm glad i downloaded my tumblr, because a totally random post of chris pine pics has been marked as possibly containing adult content and has thus been hidden from public view. i found the saved post and it was two pics of him in a caftan and one of him in swim trunks. my best guess is someone thought he was humping the boat he's leaning against in the swim trunks pic, because they're seriously g-rated photos. so who knows what of your cute animal posts the algorithm might have flagged!

Yeah, I agree completely about Timeless- it was just the tailend of the S2 and summed things up, they didn't try to do an EVENT!! With THINGS!! And DRAMA!! and everyone got to be happy (sort of). It worked well for me.

The tumblr bot thing seems very very flawed. Nearly all nipples (female presenting, scientific, art, human) or not were flagged and even any post that it registered as having too much "skin" which also included leather, deer pictures and some carved wood. It also flagged anyone in bed, including hospital beds. Ugh.

i bet that's why it was flagged, for the pic of him in the swim trunks. he's looking away from the camera and you can't see any nipples, but he isn't wearing a shirt or anything, just trunks. mediocre, tumblr.
