Not sentient enough, or not bored enough? I'm sure he's only playing cards with Janet because the Hub's in lockdown till Tosh & Owen counteract the gas. But all those ornery, paranoid, ankle-biting, lawn-defiling lapdogs...it doesn't bear thinking about.
