Glitch my arse!

A glitch is when you get billed for "Valley of the Ubervixens" when you ordered "The life and times of Henry Viii"

A glitch does not sent letters to authros telling them they have been deranked for adult content "because we have to think of all the users of our site"

A glitch does not come on the phone via customer services, and explain this is a new policy about adult content "because we have to think of all the users of our site"

Amazon.com (Amazon.co.uk is unaffected) decided to launch some policy or other without either (scenariao a)proper authorisiation or (scenario b) thinking it thru. Blaming "a glitch" makes them look like complete arseholes.

UK had some issues last night (US time, wee hours of the morning UK time) but fixed them with the start of business hours there.

The glitch explanation seems very shortsighted.
