When was the last time you danced?
Like really danced, can't even remember. kinda shook my ass a little a week or two ago while getting ready, not sure if that counts.

Who or what are your thoughts centered on today?
Pooka and accepting what is and trying to enjoy my time with her.

What would you like to get accomplished this weekend?
organizing the mess. and spending time with the Pooka

Tell me something you like about yourself today.
I am not as accepting of death as i thought.

What do you think will be today's biggest challenge?
making it until 5 with a long boring lunch meeting in the middle.

She has cancer and we are not sure how much time she has left. No that any of us knew before, but it makes it much more real now.

1 When was the last time you danced?
When I went to the Prince vs. MJ party a few months back. I don't dance in the house too often. At least not in this weather. =/

2 Who or what are your thoughts centered on today?
New employment!!! Hoping to hear something really soon.

3 What would you like to get accomplished this weekend?
Rearranging and organizing my closet and general bedroom space. Finding my birth certificate. *sigh*

4 Tell me something you like about yourself today.
My ability to decipher what's my baggage what's other folks baggage and to not take on their mess while also holding myself accountable for what I have done. My ability to change and grow and adapt. Basically my resiliency.

5 What do you think will be today's biggest challenge?
Physically, not melting into a pool of goo from this heat and humidity.
Emotionally, not acting petty to my current boss (she deserves it though!).
Intellectually, not vegging out TOO much. I mean, it is Friday, but I do also have tasks to complete. lol

I shall veg for you! It is super-dead here on Fridays and none of my classes are available online yet, and... I surfed the entire internet like 3 years ago :(

I like that about you too and wish I had that level of discernment.

I rearranged my closet which means I now need to rearrange my floor >:(

I know, she has lost a pound in a month and is skin and bones she only weighs 6lbs and should be 8lbs. She looks like one of those dogs that you see on animal cops, her hip bones are sticking out and her ribs and knobs of her back. it's so sad, but she is acting pretty normal. all her organs are working fine, so at this point she is only super high fat food and gets to eat 3xdaily (which she loves). so the plan is to try to fatten her up and wait until she tells me it's time. and then....
well i know what has to be done then, but am trying not to think about it.

I will for sure, and do the same to Miss Pooka! I'm so sad! I can't imagine how you're feeling. Don't ever forget we're right around a few 100 corners (lol) whenever you need some in person love!!
