Hey there,

I didn't know where else to send this message, so I thought I'd fire it off here.

I've seen you guys at the last couple of VSteam parties at the Heritage Hall, and I wanted to say that I really like your style (musical and visual). May I ask who does your costumes -- or is it more a case of everyone finds their own costumes? I thought I recognized some things by Felix and Kitty there, but it's hard to tell at a distance. In any case, I'm looking forward to seeing you guys perform again.

There's one other thing I wanted to let you know about. Yesterday at Descent, I was chatting with a friend and the topic of your performances came up, and she mentioned that there was one particular person who claimed to be associated with your band who behaved in a very drunk and "creepy" manner toward her, claiming that "the band" thought that she was pretty and that she should "come out back to meet the band." (She declined.) She described this person as a man who appeared to be in his 30s, an Irish-sounding accent, about 5'7" or so, medium build, with long-ish curly dark hair and a dark goatee.

A gentleman of that same description, also claiming to be with the band, behaved extremely offensively to me at the last VSteam event as well. As well as using "fuck off' and "cunt" repeatedly in a strange attempt at drunken flirtation, this charming fellow also felt it appropriate to describe to me how he would like to hit me over the head, drag me back to his basement, and commit various nonconsensual acts on my unconscious body. After making it clear I found his attentions unwelcome, I advised the person in charge of security of said gentleman's actions.

I don't know if you know this person, but I thought you might be interested in knowing who claims to be associated with you and the kind of behaviour they are exhibiting. I recognize that reputation is everything when it comes to the entertainment business and that without being told, one does not always know what is happening.

All the best,
V

I hope they're careful with their response.
