Cold and grumpy this morning...

So we got back from Niagara on Sunday night to an apartment with no heat. Sometime during the weekend the water pump went kaput. We didn't actually realize there was no heat until Monday when I tried to turn it up because I was cold and realized it wasn't coming on

Yes, we stay up until one in the morning. Or call them every hour on the hour to check on status until they are sick of hearing from us and send us someone just to get us off the phone.

It sucks, I tell you.

Sorry about the lack of heat. Hope all is better soon. You might want to tell them you are considering switching companies due to poor service. It might light a fire under them. Or not....

I hate that whole dance. Keyspan screwed me over twice two years back. Sometimes G can work from home, but a lot of the time I have to blow personal hours to wait for them.

It is a really rotten situation. I hope they did show up and it's fixed now, at least.
