She had no justification to have him kneeling on the ground in cuffs, and certainly no grounds to make him sit in an interrogation room for what was it? Six hours, I think he says, to the point he's obviously tired and frustrated. She treated him like a criminal, which is why he'd probably win a lawsuit without breaking a sweat

Oh, yeah, I'm sure an arrest is more exciting than a simple visit to someone's office. I mean, where's the drama unless something incriminating or threatening is said

A lot of movies and TV shows really bend reality for the sake of drama or excitement. Another show I really got into for a while, Nip/Tuck, often had fans who were medical experts of some sort cringing and groaning (it focused on two plastic surgeons), and it had millions of viewers weekly on FX Network. And they did have a medical consultant, but it's debatable how much they listened to her when it came to bending reality to suit dramatic purposes
