20th Anniversary Concert!

KinKi Kids will be holding their 20th Anniversary Concert in July this year. More info in the screenshot below and on their website.

Some cool things about this concert:

• Rare instance of them holding their concert in an outdoor stadium. Running joke is that the both of them attract rain.
• They announced this news on 5 May - the day they first met

Will It be exactly anniversary concerts?
It surprises me why concerts are not on the same date as the debut. Therefore, I have a little hope that they can still announce some other events on the day of their debut.

The way they called this as "event" instead of the usual "concert" really makes one wonder what kind of events they are planning to have ^^

I wa s so happy when they announced this ;_; on that date as well, a part of me likes to believe that they never forgot that date haha
It s so hilarious because even the bbb staff tweeted that we need to hang up teruteru bouzu so that it wont rain haha

I also wish it would be easier for oversea fans to go... I have heard that they changed the system a bit? That you can pay afterwards when it's decided that you won the lottery... Still I guess if you are not living in Japan it's super difficult anyway. Oh how I wish they could have a tour again this year.

I'm pretty sure that Tsuyoshi remembers. I recall that he posted one of his Love Fighter entries on 5th May, talking about how thankful he is to have met Koichi on this day.
