I'm looking for this jidaigeki where Tsuyoshi was a tiny kid, and he drank poison to save another boy, and died of it. A woman tried to suck the poison out of his mouth to save him, but she was unsuccessful, and that was Tsuyoshi's first on-screen "kiss."
