I have for whatever reason decided to make a(nother) fledgling attempt at writing some lyrics which would hopefully be made part of a song at some point, i need to work on the whole guitar and singing thing first, but you know, we're all rock stars in our dreams ( Read more... )

i like em...

but if it was me, which it isnt, I wouldnt use the rhyme. You can rhyme in melody, so you dont have to in lyrics.

But I love the imagery.
The last verse is the best. By far.

keep writing, you only get better...word.

thanks, ya, i definitely like the last verse best. I'm much more of a writer than a musician right now, so i definitely will learn to figure out the rhymes (which i am definitely a poor sucker for right now) and i also know that there is no real form to it, which complicates, but thanks again
