Also, after actually having to conduct interviews for several years, I can say that while they probably wouldn't have that bad a luck with ALL of the applicants, it's certain that the people presented here are completely believable. I had resumes submitted to jobs the applicants weren't remotely qualified for because 'you never know, you might have something else more in my line'. ::rolls eyes::
