Marik may wish he wasn't still playing this game, but I for one am glad. An especially nice paragraph was: "The word had an echo to it; and for a second the cold air seemed to darken, the grass and wintry trees seemed to become sidewalk and brick walls. And it was Marik's voice, not Steven's, that asked for an explanation. Just for a moment."
That caught my attention like steel to a magnet. As always, the actions from both POV's is riveting, and I never know what's going to happen. Steven's explanation from the inside of Steven's disorder (which I have been trying uncessessfully to find the name of for about half an hour now) is fascinating.
