Okay, before I make a serious comment, please allow me a moment to squee over Seto Kaiba and an analogue of Yugi-Oh playing with cards. There we go, I'm done now, fangirl moment is over. Whew.

XD So much to like in this log... The evolution of these two's friendship is a joy to watch happen; it's not comfortable or perfect, but maybe that's what makes it so very real in the first place, all the awkward little moments of translation. There were bits that felt more than a little like when an instrument comes into a piece of music, not quite in tune, and then gradually warms up and works with the rest of the orchestra. --okay, that was a little melodramatic, but still, that was what I kept thinking about.

Swimming lessons? **blinkblink** That was... a very careful conversation. And the ramifications for the future are very, very intriguing. I don't think I'm even going to start guessing at this point.

Some of the questions offered up by Seto are one's that even Marik as well as I have taken a moment to consider. I myself have more of an opinion, but nevertheless this was a good log.
