So, I don't know if anyone even noticed, but I've been missing around here for a while. Brother was on vacation this week, so I've pretty much just had enough time on the internet to check my email. INDEED, YOU ARE NOT!! When I was a Sophomore in H.S. it was the spring musical. That's when I discovered it's amazingness. Then I saw the movie. And I've been hooked since then. 1776 is, I think, my favorite musical.

I watched clips of it when I was in 8th grade; my history teacher showed them when we were going through our unit on the American Revolution. The song you posted was my favorite out of the clips we saw; I still sing it to myself sometimes, lol. I really need to watch the whole thing sometime.

You do need to watch all of it. It's pretty amazing.

I have to admit, I have a little crush on "1776" Thomas Jefferson. Of course, it doesn't hurt that he's a tall redhead. LOL And then that crush translated into a little crush on the actor, Ken Howard. :P
