nothing... NOTHING is worth your life. my whole family and town heard about me and my habit, i try not to let it get to me and it works. altho i admit that it does sometimes, but things are better out than in, because then you can try and get the help. but to get it u have to accept it, and believe me YOU WANT TO ACCEPT IT NOW while ur able to get control of it. nothing is worth hurting or killing yourself over. too many people (i can see from the comments) would miss you and u have so much live to live still
