Belated Happy Christmas Wishes

Dec 29, 2005 11:33

There is something magical about a little one at Christmas. Dommie, Hayden and I have spent most of the month together in Ireland celebrating it. It's been a lot of fun because Ireland already has this magical air about it, and when you add Christmas to it... it's just incredible. Dommie's old enough this year to really appreciate it too, and ( Read more... )

This post is magical! I can even picture the whole train set up, and all the excitement of opening up the presents! It's also really easy to see you in toy store, and Hayden acting child like, it definite fits the perception I've so far formed. But most of all, I'm glad I got to hear about your wonderful day, it's all so romantic and sweet too. Sigh.

Is Aragorn a dog? Or a cat? I know you have pets, but I don't recall hearing about Aragorn, and now I'm curious.

We're all child like in turn, I was just trying to restrict myself a wee little to make sure I kept the other two under control while in there. Mostly because I didn't want them getting anything before Christmas. :) Happy belated, and happy New Year, Holly.

Aye, Aragorn is a dog. Hayden's pets are mostly of the cuddly sort where mine are of a buggy or scaley sort.

I have no doubt that you can be quite child like! The glee you got from setting up the train was very childlike, but you restrained yourself admirably. And now that Christmas has come and gone, you can be little kids again! Isn't that wonderful?

Thank you, this has been a great month all around, and now I'm in England, staying with friends, I couldn't be happier. I hope your new years is equally wonderful!

Ha, well it goes without saying that I prefer Hayden's pets, especially Aragorn (what a great name!), as I was recently bitten by a spider. Uma hasn't been as diligent about catching bugs lately, it seems.

Masculine...hahahahahaa.

Your Christmas sounds way better than mine, which consisted of too much eggnogg and singing off-key feliz navidad! And :( I want to meet Dommie! He sounds adorable and from the pictures you've showed, he looks like a rascal. You know how much I love your updates. Almost as much as I love you, Yoda!!

There is something to be said for too much eggnog and sing off key Feliz Navidad. Though I don't much fancy eggnog. You'll meet Dommie one day. He is a bit of a rascal, but it makes it such fun. Tell Chewie I said hullo and drink a cup of coffee for me.

I'm not sure it was quite the happening you imagined, but I still had an okay one. I'll bake cookies and spoil him, hopefully. Will do, and sip some tea for old times.

If I was actually coherent enough to speak, that would be so incredibly brilliant. Will you take it for truth if I tell you you've struck me speechless? Again? Reading about the room was like experiencing it all over, and you know how much that touched me. You are the best partner, lover, friend, and family that anyone could ask for, and I thank everything I can every day that you're mine.

I would indeed. I would be touched by it. Humbled. And quite a bit proud because I loved seeing your face as you stood there. I took pictures, though I don't think either of you noticed. I'm going to have you develop them so that we can see them together and you can see the magic of Christmas all over your faces. It was so beautiful, Hayden. I love you so much. You've gone around and turned me speechless. Or rambly without articulation. You say best but I have to be tied for first place with you. You make life beautiful and full of life and that is so, so incredible to be such an intimate part of.

I keep coming back to this to try and respond and it just feels complete exactly how it is. Probably because I feel that you and I are complete just as we are. So I'll leave it with I love you, and I couldn't agree more.

And thank you. Because I can't say that enough.
