My baby is 6 today! He's been acting very birthday boy bratty for the day but *shrug* he's allowed to. The one time of the year he's allowed to act all spoiled. 8) I just can't believe he is 6. I still remember the first day he came to us when he was only 9 months old.

Fabulous costumes and a pretty good translation.
The other books in the series are very good too. MZB is just a fab writer all around.
Who's the author of Queen of Camelot? I have a trip to NoDak next week and could use some new reading material.
We really just should set up a book exchange between us for our Athurian legends collections...

Ooohhh I like that idea. Although I don't have much to recommend. I have always been interested but never really got into reading anything until this past year so there's only very few that I've read.
The author of Queen of Camelot is Nancy McKenzie. I really liked the book because I was in need of someone to make me like/understand the characters of Guinevere and Lancelot. From watching Camelot and reading The Once and Future King (and watching some of those other not so good movies of the legend) I could never understand them. Anyway QoC really helped with that. It also made me like Mordred and ... well I didn't even care for that.
Anyway I will DEFINITELY look into the mini series. Michael Varton as Lancelot. I (heart) Michael Varton. 8) Thanks so much for reccing it.
