Not really coherrant at the moment but I just wanted to let you know I really liked this first part. The sarcasm, the first meeting, haha, in a cell. Classic.

I wouldn't mind seeing these two together in the future. I'll come back and read the second tomorrow. When my mind isn't all topsy turvey. Good start!

I did do it! not like it's hard to influence me or anything. :D Can I post it there? i wasn't sure, because it's not a romantic pairing, really. But if you say it's cool, I'll totally do that.

Ooh chile! It's so awesome to see Jo being kickass sans the Winchesters cramping her style. And the way she meets Adam is so great! I always found it tough to swallow that the Other Winchester would just have got got like that. The cursed blood must be good for something right? And the fact that he got gobbled up means that it's the John side of the gene-pool and not the Mary side that's all fucked up. Right? ; - )

He flails around in pissed-off terror while he's ranting, and this is about the point that Jo takes notice of the dirty bandages all up and down his arms, frowns at the flecks of red seeping through.

-- I'm freaking flailing around with joy at this fic!

It doesn't make a lick of sense for him to be locked up when he's nothing but a bloody, scared mess, but that's how these things go sometimes.

-- Hunters lead such messed up lives! But so true.

He doesn't seem to have any response for that, looks entirely displeased at the new knowledge, in fact, hunches in on himself and decides not to look at her anymore. Apparently ( ... )

Muchas gracias!

And the fact that he got gobbled up means that it's the John side of the gene-pool and not the Mary side that's all fucked up. Right?

Haha, yeah. I think the whole alternate Michael-vessel thing with him and young!John indicates that pretty well too. ;)

Dude, Jo was SO intimidating for me to write. I've written her for, like, one other thing and she's such a minor character in the overall arc. You have no idea how giddy it makes me you commented on all the stuff I was trying to get across for her character. She's in the middleground between that eager girl from S2 and the more mature version of S5, and I'm beyond thrilled you GOT it!

Never stop being awesome!

*ducks head* I shall endeavor to continue being awesome and may you never stop having plot bunnies that result in fic like this!

Time in the clink is a decrepit, arthritic thing with split tennis balls adorning its walker for traction.

Can I just tell you how happy your writing makes me? Every so often, I'll come upon a wonderful sentence like this and just have a minor prosegasm. XP Comments on the story reserved until next page, but I just figured I'd point this out before I forgot.

*blushes* Thank you! I was particularly proud of that line, I'll admit.

You have no idea how very thrilled I am to find this story and to know that I’m not the only one who can see the awesome-potential in Adam-Jo friendship/shippy bickering. :D I absolutely LOVE how you wrote them; I was grinning all the way through their back-and-forth banter in the jail cell.
“Well, damn. If science says it's true, I guess my eyes have just been playin' tricks on me all this time.”
“That's tragic.” He doesn't miss a beat. “Maybe you should see an optometrist.”
HEE! *loves on both of them*

Also, awesome Ellen is awesome! I love how Jo is all proud of her for bad-assing her way through the situation and how something about her makes Adam spill his story straight away.

You’ve got this really fantastic style- it’s such a different writing voice from what I see in fanfics. I love how you phrase things like:
play this game of denial tag with her skittish victim as he weaves in and out, pokes the scary topic and runs away again when it gets too slimy or sprouts fangs.

He was found running down the middle of the street, ( ... )
