I'm considering getting this dress from Anna House.  The exchange rate is fantastic, so the dress is a little less than 70 bucks.  Opinions, oh lolita friends?

I've never ordered from Anna House, but I want to. I hear that the quality is really nice, and the design of that dress is very pretty
