“We need to think realistically here, she’s not getting any better.”
“I will not give up!” Outwardly, Sesshoumaru played the part of troubled doctor exquisitely; inward he was seething with rage. He would not allow the Higurashi girl to escape him again.
“I’m sorry doctor, I can do nothing else. We need to inform her family.”
An idea was forming in his mind, one that would take care of so many problems all at once. “By all means, inform the family.”
“Doctor?”
“She has reached the end of her time at the hospital. Tell them she’s coming home with me.”
