yeah, when I left for NYC last week, I didn't get to say bye to him, and then my flights got messed up and I ended up coming home a day later than planned, and now I leave again, and I just miss him so much, you know?
like, I absolutely love traveling, but I hate the distance that comes as a side-dish...

Yeah I know. As much as last summer sucked in so many ways, I don't regret going; in fact, I'm going back this August just to visit those friends that I made.

I had an amazing vacation; a week w/o Ian and then three days w/him. I totally lost myself in the moment, and have not felt so refreshed in a long time. Coming back to work was rather difficult :) In general, I'm doing well. Sore, but really well. :) We'll see how things go from here :)
