For my own reference, at the very least, here is my current ludography.
(it's like a discography, but for games)

Ludography (games I've worked on)
1999:
Monopoly (PC)
- Code for online chat and item/money trading interface.

2000:
Jeopardy! 2nd Edition (PS1)
- Game and interface code.

2001, 2002:
None released.
- PS2 demos and games (see 2003) were under development or in limbo.

2003:
Jeopardy! (PS2)
- Ported PS1 game to PS2. Updated with new interface.

Wheel of Fortune (PS2)
- Game and interface code.

2004:
Trivial Pursuit Unhinged (PS2)
- "Flash mode" game code and other features.

Time Troopers (DVD)
- "Time Tunnel" overlay graphics and DVD code.
- Edited "Making Of" video.

Trivial Pursuit: Lord of the Rings Edition (DVD & board)
- "Who said it?" question video editing and effects.
- NTSC->PAL video conversion.

2005:
Raze's Hell (Xbox)
- Map design and multiplayer testing.

Candy Land (DVD & board)
- DVD Programming Lead.

Clue (DVD & board)
- Created check discs with all assets for multiple languages.
- Video conversion and compression. (NTSC and PAL automation)

Friends: The One With All the Trivia (PS2)
- Game and menu code.
- Video conversion and compression. (NTSC and preview automation)

2006:
I Spy (DVD)
- DVD Programming Lead.

Goosebumps (DVD)
- DVD Programming Lead.

Monopoly Tropical Tycoon (DVD)
- Video editing for trailer.
- Enhanced company's DVD emulation software to handle DVD opcodes.
- Created check discs with all assets for multiple languages.

2007:
Read and Learn Bible: New Testament (DVD)
- DVD Programming Lead.

Boogie Bunnies (Web demo - Flash CS3)
- Programming Lead. (Web version was canceled when the project was almost done)

2008:
Boogie Bunnies and Aces of the Galaxy (PC)
- Created installer for each. (InstallShield)

Read and Learn Bible: New Testament (PC/Mac - Flash CS3)
- Programming Lead.

I Spy: Fun House (PC/Mac - Flash CS3)
- Programming Lead.

2009:
Sports Illustrated Kids (PC/Mac - Flash CS3)
- Created minigames for four sports-related CD-ROMs.

Littlest Pet Shop Friends (Wii)
- Worked on "Suds" and "Pet Possibilities" minigames.

I Spy Treasure Hunt (PC/Mac - Flash CS3)
- Converting old project from Macromedia Director to work on modern hardware.

2010:
The UnderGarden (XBLA/PSN)
- Worked on editor and supported level design team.

2011:
Wildlife: Forest Survival (XBLA/PSN - Cancelled)
- Worked on menu code.

(I'm not counting minor testing roles on Q*bert, Family Feud, Stanley Adventure, etc)

They're not Triple-A titles, but I don't work Triple-A hours. ha!
