Nachos (Vegetarian) - Tasty and cheap!

Here is an easy and very cheap meal that you can do in a vegetarian version. there is no taste difference when using vegetarian ingredients. Cost per person: $1 or less. Preparation time: about 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
tortilla chips (I like to use the scoop shaped ones)
grated cheddar cheese
1 can vegetarian refried beans (or make it from scratch)

Oh yum! Thanks for sharing, I love refried beans and nachos and wouldn't have thought to combine them myself, I can't wait to try this!!
